POSTER PRESENTERS
Poster board size is 4' wide x 4' tall --IMPORTANT NOTE: This size is different than past years.  Please bring push pins or velcro to mount your poster.

All posters will be on display Monday morning through Tuesday evening.  Posters should be mounted Monday morning by 9:50 am.  Posters should be removed Tuesday by 9:00 pm.

You will find your poster board assignment in the final program book.  Odd-numbered boards will present on Monday, 5, 1:30 - 3:00 pm.  Even-numbered boards will present on Tuesday, March 6, 1:30 - 3:00 pm.

SPEAKERS

• Plan to arrive in your session room at least twenty minutes prior to session start to test your laptop or load your presentation.
• In the interest of fairness to other speakers, please adhere to the time allowed in your assigned slot.  Each time slot has Q&A time built-in (see grid below).
• The lecture hall will be equipped for LCD (computer projection) only.  Please bring your own laptop computer.  A conference computer will be also be available (upload with memory stick).
