Registration Information 

Full Conference Registration: 

As we approach Thanksgiving in the US, we want to express our gratitude to our members!  Please take advantage of special holiday pricing on the US HUPO 2021 conference.  For a limited time, US HUPO members can register for $129, a 35% discount off of the early rate. This special pricing expires after December 4, 2020, so don't wait to sign up!

Short Courses:  Short courses are NOT included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately during the registration process.  The two-day short course will take place on March 4 & 5, and the half-day short courses will take place either morning or afternoon of March 5. Please see table below for pricing.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Email: Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to US HUPO c/o Conference Solutions at the address above. Cancellations received by February 12, 2021 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after February 12, 2021. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

Cancellation of optional individual conference items received by February 12, 2021 will receive a full refund for those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. We are unable to offer a refund after February 12, 2021.

Substitution Policy: If you are unable to attend the workshop, payment of a $25 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person. You must notify Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to submit your request to substitute. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Method of Payment: Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Conference Solutions will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement. Please contact US HUPO at Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for additional payment methods, if needed.
