Presenter Guidelines


  • All presenters should be emailed to by Friday, February 28, 2020. You will receive confirmation that your presentation has been received. 
  • All speakers are required to use the computers provided. Personal laptops cannot be used. If you did not submit your presentation prior to the conference, please bring your presentation on a usb drive to the Registration Desk the day prior to your presentation between the following hours: Sunday 4:30–7:30 PM, Monday 8:00–11:30 AM and 5:30–6:30 PM.
  • Plan to arrive in your session room at least twenty minutes prior to the session start to test your presentation.
  • In the interest of fairness to other speakers, please adhere to the time allowed in your assigned slot.  Each time slot has Q&A time built-in (see grid below).
  • Please prepare your PowerPoint slides with 16:9 aspect ratio.

Poster Presenters

  • Poster width should not exceed 43 inches. Poster height is recommended at 43 inches although you may prepare taller (poster will hang below the edge of poster frame). Please bring push pins or velcro to mount your poster.
  • Poster board number is not the same as your abstract log number. Please use the poster board numbers listed in the final program.
  • All Posters will be displayed on Monday and Tuesday.
  • Posters should be mounted Monday morning between 8:00-8:30 am and should be removed Tuesday at the conclusion of the poster session.
  • Each day odd-numbered poster boards should "present" from 1:30-2:15 pm and even-numbered poster boards should "present" from 2:15-3:00 pm.
  • For Wednesday Tips & Tricks speakers, please bring your poster to Registration area on Wednesday morning, we will have boards for you to re-display your poster on Wednesday morning.
