Short Courses

Short courses are NOT included in the full conference registration fee and must be purchased separately during the registration process. The two-day short course will take place on February 26 and 27, and the half-day short courses will take place either the morning or afternoon of February 27. Please see table below for pricing.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com

We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to US HUPO c/o Conference Solutions at the email address above. Cancellations received by January 26, 2022 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 26, 2022 . Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment.

Cancellation of optional individual conference items received by January 26, 2022 will receive a full refund for those items. Cancellations can be made by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. We are unable to offer a refund after January 26, 2022.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend the workshop, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person. You must notify Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com to submit your request to substitute. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Method of Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until full payment has been received. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Conference Solutions will be listed as the vendor on your credit card statement. Please contact US HUPO at Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for additional payment methods, if needed.

COVID-19 Health & Safety Policies  
US HUPO is preparing their annual conference in-person event experience so that all individuals onsite—attendees, speakers, staff and venue personnel—remain safe and comfortable throughout the event. We are committed to creating a safe space for in-person events to be held and are in constant communication with the venue.

As an attendee, your safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. With that in mind, US HUPO will implement the following best practices:

  • Proof of full vaccination is required to attend (Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca, or combination/mixed). Full vaccination is two weeks from final shot.
    • If you do not provide proof of vaccination, you will not be allowed inside the conference space; no exceptions will be made.
  • Face masks will be required in all indoor and outdoor spaces.
    • An acceptable “mask” is made of at least 2 layers of breathable hospital grade material; fully covers the nose, nostrils, and mouth; fits firmly under the chin; and fits snugly, but comfortably against the side of the face.
    • Bandanas and face shields are not permitted.
  • US HUPO reserves the right to deny entry to anyone seeking admittance or remove them from the venue should they present any COVID-19 like symptoms or refuse to wear a mask.
  • Handshaking, hugging or other unnecessary person-to-person contact will be discouraged between all participants.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the conference spaces and in common areas.
  • High-touch areas (session rooms, bathrooms and common areas) will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.

IMPORTANT: In light of events surrounding COVID-19, this is an appropriate time to remind ourselves of the risks inherent in participating in conferences. Even with every reasonable precaution to keep you safe as outlined for you by the CDC, US HUPO cannot fully eliminate all risks of harm to attendees or guarantee their safety, especially from risks posed by COVID-19 or its variant strains. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own safety.

We hope these enhanced safety protocols will make you feel at ease joining us at the US HUPO 2022 Conference and Tradeshow, and allow proteomics scientists to come together again to share education, ideas and best practices. As an industry that has been navigating constant challenges over the last 18 months, it is needed more than ever.
