Join us hupo's advisory board

What is the advisory board?
US HUPO's bylaws
were revised in August 2022, streamlining the governance of the association by decreasing the overall size of the governing board from 32 to 9 members. However, in implementing this change, the Board realized the importance of maintaining a connection with a larger group of its core constituents, and determined that an Advisory Board should be formed. This new Advisory Board is intended to complement the effectiveness of the Board of Directors; providing both important historical perspective and acting as ambassadors in the community.

Criteria:

We are looking for engaged members of US HUPO with:

  • Ideas for expanding the scope and membership of US HUPO
  • Helping to implement more Translational science work and connections for US HUPO
  • Ideas to connect with novel members, providing additional new or clinical scientific direction
  • Connecting with different groups (disease focus, technology focus) who would like to work with US HUPO
  • Dedication to move Science forward
  • Good ideas -  if you have good ideas let us know!!

How Can I Join?

Applications are being accepted from April 26 - August 31, 2025. Appointments will be announced in October 2025.
